Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within North America. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box.

How do I determine my correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. For western boots, we generally recommend ordering your true dress shoe size, but specific brand fit notes are provided where applicable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to customers across Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.

Can I exchange an item I bought online at a physical store?

Yes, online purchases can be exchanged or returned at any Lammle's retail location. Please bring your digital invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
