Prepare Your Package

Ensure the items are in their original, unwashed condition with all Lammle's tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar durable container.

Include Documentation

Print your original order confirmation or the packing slip included in your shipment and place it inside the package to ensure our team can identify your transaction.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box and send it via your preferred carrier to our central returns department; we recommend using a trackable service for your protection.

Processing and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
